My Philosophy
At Kat Georgeou Dietitian, nutrition care is personalised, evidence-based, and designed to fit into real life.
The focus is on practical, realistic strategies that support health across different life stages, goals, and changing seasons — without unnecessary restriction or overwhelm.
Nutrition advice shouldn’t add stress or mental load. My approach is about clarity, flexibility, and sustainable change.

Clinical Mindset
My clinical approach is evidence-based, thoughtful, and client-centred.
I prioritise understanding the full context of each person — including health history, lifestyle, preferences, and capacity for change. Nutrition science is translated into clear, practical guidance that can be applied confidently in day-to-day life.
Care is collaborative rather than directive, with an emphasis on education, reassurance, and informed decision-making. Recommendations are grounded in current evidence and professional standards, without extremes or unnecessary restriction.

My Why
I’m passionate about nutrition care that feels calm, respectful, and achievable.
Many people come to nutrition feeling confused, overwhelmed, or unsure who to trust. My goal is to provide a space where clients feel supported, informed, and empowered — not judged or pressured.
I believe good nutrition care should leave people feeling clearer and more confident than when they started, with tools they can carry forward independently.

Supporting You Over Time
Nutrition care is rarely one-off. Health goals, priorities, and circumstances change, and support should evolve alongside them.
I work with clients over time to adjust strategies as needs shift — whether that’s through different life stages, changes in routine, or new health goals. Follow-up care focuses on refining, troubleshooting, and building on what’s already working.
This ongoing, flexible approach supports sustainable change and long-term wellbeing, rather than short-term outcomes alone.
